Platform
DocuPOW fits the stack you already run.
You’re not looking for another system to log into. You’re looking for the documents to stop piling up in the systems you already have. DocuPOW sits quietly in the middle — taking documents in however they arrive, and handing clean data off to wherever it needs to go.
In the middle of your stack.
Documents in — from anywhere.
Forward an inbox. Point an SFTP folder. Drop a file. Call the API. However your partners send documents, DocuPOW accepts them — PDF, scans, images, DOCX, XLSX — with no per-sender setup and nothing to configure each time a new format shows up.
Data out — into your systems.
Extraction is only useful if the result lands where the work happens. DocuPOW delivers clean, structured data as JSON or CSV, pushes it through the API, or writes it directly into your ERP, CRM, or line-of-business tools — so your systems stay the record, and nobody rekeys anything.
For your developers — and your agents.
An API your developers will actually enjoy.
Everything the platform does, your code can call. A token-authenticated REST API, documented in full with OpenAPI, so integrating DocuPOW is a morning’s work, not a quarter’s.
Tools your agents can call.
DocuPOW publishes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so MCP-compatible AI assistants can call DocuPOW's document intelligence directly as part of their own workflows. Claude can connect to DocuPOW from claude.ai today — ask it to work with your documents and it calls DocuPOW's APIs directly. Because MCP is an open protocol, other MCP-compatible clients can connect the same way.
Handling sensitive documents? Encryption, role-based access, and a complete audit trail are built in.
